Description
Longdyes parapet mounting plate guardrail avoid penetrating the roof membrane by attaching a safety railing to the parapet of the roof. Mounting to a roof parapet can create cost-effective perimeter fall protection. Each railing upright is screwed to the rooftop parapet directly. Each component is modular and fastens to the pipe with set screws. This makes installation very simple, with no special training or tools needed.
Materail
LONGDYES freestanding guardrail is manufactured from the aluminum 6063 or 6061.
The materials have excellent processing performance, excellent welding characteristics and electroplating, good corrosion resistance, high toughness and no deformation after processing, the material is dense and defect-free and easy to polish, easy to paint film, excellent oxidation effect, etc.

1. The minimum vertical height of upright is 1100mm.

1. Put horizontal bracket onto the parapet then fix it by tapper screws.
2. Insert upright module into base then fix it buy set screws.
3. Put handrail and kneerail onto tube fixing then fix them by tightening screws.

| Description |
In situations where guardrail
needs to terminate and cannot be attached directly to a structural element, a closure bend can be specified. This same part can be incorporated into a length of system to designate a safe entry/exit point.

The Variable Corner allows a system to follow a turn other than 90 degrees. The corner can be used to bend or change direction of a handrail or mid rail. |
The tube junction are all available to accommodate all system layouts. |
A Wall End Fixing or Wall End Termination is used to the end of the Guardrail system to a supporting wall, parapet or any other stable structure. In connecting the system to a fixed structure using the wall end fixing, it guarantees additional stability for the system without the need for additional counterweights on the final upright posts. |

Toeboard (Optional item)
On rooftops or surfaces where there is no parapet at the fall edge (or a parapet of less than 100 mm high) a toeboard can be affixed to the base of the guardrail.
