Materials:
The LONGDYES freestanding guardrail is manufactured from the aluminum 6063 or 6061.

Counterweight:
The 25kg counterweight is designed to be attached to each of the main uprights, the shell is made of high quality PE material and filled with concrete which provides the necessary counterbalance weight to prevent the system from being moved.

Components:
The following components will be provided when the freestanding assembly is delivered:
Installation process:
- Put base module onto connect plate and fasten these two separate parts by self tapping screw and rivet.
- Put end of tube from base module onto another connect plate and fasten it by self tapping screw and rivet.
- After base module was fastened onto connect plate, put concrete-filled counterweight over end of tube and fasten by self tapping screw.
NOTE: The connect plate should be glued on metal roof by BUTYL TAPE.
Test Procedure
Our freestanding guardrail would be tested according to the requirement of EN 13374 and EN 14122-3 before the shipment.
