Description

We supply non-penetrating Roof Guardrail Systems for industrial and commercial rooftops. Our fall protection guardrail systems are permanent, long-term and
easy to install. These systems can be used for partial or entire perimeter guarding.



Materail

Longdyes freestanding guardrail is manufactured from the aluminum 6063 or 6061.
The materials have excellent processing performance, excellent welding characteristics and electroplating, good corrosion resistance, high toughness and no deformation after processing, the material is dense and defect-free and easy to polish, easy to paint film, excellent oxidation effect, etc

advantage	This simple design fits in perfectly with the clean lines and contours of a building.	Whilst providing the primary function of collective protection, the curved upright system compliments the design of a building.	This variation is inclined at 30°, which adds to the aesthetics of the system whilst making the system less visible from ground level.	When collective protection is not being used, the folding uprights of this variation lie flat and are concealed when viewed from ground level, combining safety with architectural aesthetics.

Counterweight

The 25kg counterweight is designed to be attached to each of the main uprights,  the shell is made of high quality PVC material and filled with concrete which provides the necessary counterbalance weight to prevent the system from being moved.

1. Put counterweight onto the base module then fix it by taper screws.
2. Insert upright module into base then fix it by set screws.
3. Put handrail and kneerail onto tube fixing then by tightening screws.

Toeboard (Optional item)

On rooftops or surfaces where there is no parapet at the fall edge (or a parapet of less than 100 mm high) a toeboard can be affixed to the base of the guardrail.
